My snowboard was stolen inbetween coming in from a run and picking up my boys from a lesson. The staff were dismissive and downright absent. The worst customer non-experience ever! The best response was when I asked to cancel the following day lesson, you need to email your request to cancel the lesson and your reason.""

Great for families with young kids - a memorable day in the snow. Took the kids there last winter and had a great day out with the toboggans in the designated area without having to pay the chair lift fees. They also had a tube ride, which cost extra, but it was fun. Make sure you get back to the car by the time the sun sets, as it gets icy cold really quickly.

Terrible customer service. Provided wrong advice and staff not very helpful- they assume that you know everything about the place not considering that some people are first timers. Charged for lift chair for kids lessons when it was not required ($500 gone to waste). Everything is overpriced- Best to go somewhere else

I have a lot of love for Perisher and the area.Unfortunately Vail resorts (Perishers owners) now only prioritize profits $$$Doesn't matter if the lift lines are 30min long.... Management still didn't do the right thing and open more today. Despite everything else being in place.Pure greed!

The private lesson instructor Laura ended private class earlier than the time should be. The private lesson should be end at 4 but Laura ended at 3.43 pm one the first day and 3.40 pm on the second day. Even after the parent communicated with her to end class at 4 pm or at least between 3.45pm - 4 pm she insisted to end the class at 3.40pm. One day of the whole day private lesson cost 1277 AUD and the duration of the class should be from 9am-4pm. Make complainant to the instructor’s supervisor, a female supervisor always said she would contact the parent but never did. A male supervisor said he would call back but till we leave the resort he hasn’t talked to us about how to solve it.

Absolute ripoff!! over loaded ski lines, poor overpriced food, rooms that haven’t been updated in 40 years. Save your money and head to Japan (in real terms it’s probably cheaper and definitely nicer).

Dated facilities and crowded! Its time to upgrade and update your facilities. You are charging mega bucks but your services and basic facilities are nowhere near what we are paying. No public free wifi - this is the basic service you should provide! Proper seating with charging facilities. Not everyone who visits Perisher actually going skiing! Parents have nowhere to go when others are skiing away! Food prices are exorbitant! $9 for a bottle of drink? $23.50 for a kebab? Seriously??? Locker facilities have been updated recently and so has the prices! A small locker will set you back $22 per night? Its now cheaper to go skiing overseas like Queenstown and Japan. You will never be able to boost the local tourism with these. Reflection required!

Giving them 1 star because their guest services team is remarkably unresponsive. If you have any issues or questions with your booking, good luck because you'll need it! Firstly, they do not have any phone number so you'll be waiting, in my instance, days for a response to your inquiry. I wanted to cancel my booking, so they give you credit that must be used by end of season. No cash refunds so beware. But, then the snow credits are incredibly difficult to use. Instructions say its transferrable to family members, but when tried, it wasn't working. Guest services kept on referring me to the same article, which was not helpful. Each correspondence takes several hours or days, which is incredibly frustrating. With ski passes being such a large investment, I would caution you in going to Perisher if issues arise. You can say goodbye to your money. There are several other mountains, many less expensive, that offer much better customer service and are still just as fun.@Perisher, if you see this, please respond back to me. It's been days

Fantastic. Lots of parking and easy walk to lifts and hire outlets. Limited food options. Can do snow play to the right of car park which the kids enjoyed.Gets really busy. Have not stayed here but there is a bus between here and smiggens.

Perisher charges a premium for its name and yet is unable to manage their lifts operation effectively to service the skiers. I was there from Thursday last week till Saturday and most lifts were closed. The funny thing was that the triple lift in sniffing a was open and not the tBar, wind on Saturday was strong but wasn’t too bad and surely the tBar could be operated. I heard that they were understaffed which makes sense. Whilst they knew is going to be windy they still advertise that they are going to open the lifts but in reality only 2 lifts were open in perisher.I take my money somewhere else to ski who doesn’t
