Highly recommend Alex & his team.What initially caught my attention was “If we cannot recover your data, there’s no fee” - other companies quoted me double the price whether they recovered the data or not.They retrieved 99% of my files and identified which files were corrupt. Also very honest - my issue was assessed as a Category 2 and therefore I was charged less than I originally expected.Very easy process, and turnaround was less than a week from drop off in Sydney to return shipment direct to my home.

Following a drop while restoring my backup from an external HDD, the disk and heads became quite damaged in the attempt to diagnose the issue.
