Learning from our previous build experience I engaged ID Property to partner with us and our Architect to assist with design and construct our new home. Ante is very hands on in managing all facets of the build and the outcome that we have achieved is far better than our family could have hoped for. Our build was a very complex build, but Ante and his team studied the plans religiously and executed the build methodically focusing on the minor details. The ID Property team have always remained true to their word and have delivered the home of our dreams. I will have no hesitation in recommending ID Property and I enjoyed working with them.

This is the second time we built and unlike the first; - building with ID property has been stress free, on time delivery and exceedingly high standard of finish. Communication was excellent and consultative. Documentation exceeded our expectation with daily updates from Day 1 on Instagram capturing even the most trivial aspects of the build or even when something strays from the plan. Ante is ever-present on-site supervising and employing the same team for all his construction projects. Building site was like a well organised factory; supplies in their place; garbage segregated unlike some other sites you see general supplies and rubbish scattered throughout. If we ever build again, we will partner with ID Property. We highly recommend ID Property group to anyone who is after a quality build with attention to detail and a consultative and honest approach. It has been almost two years since we moved in; - our house looks great and is worry free from defects. We are Extremely Happy and Thankful!
