I was referred to Kate 5 months ago by a friend after complaining of chronic neck pain and constant headaches. Initially I was seeing Kate weekly and she was able to get my pain under control relatively quickly and provide a number of exercises to assist with keeping it bay. I now see Kate on a monthly basis for regular maintenance so it doesn't get out of control. Headaches are a thing of the past and the pain is now manageable in between appointments. Thanks Kate, you're a life saver!

I highly recommend Kate, she is amazing! I had really bad lower back pain and couldn't bend because of the pain. Kate helped me so much relieving the pain in one visit!

I am very lucky to have Kate as my osteopath. Her calm but friendly manner always puts me at ease. She has an amazing ability to ask the right questions, zero in on the problem or problems and fix it. She helps me work on ways to prevent future problems with stretches and fitness training.I highly recommend Kate Doak as an excellent osteopath.

Attending with neck and head pain, her patience experience and skill identified my problem in an entirely different area. Pain free I still attend for maintenance. After suffering neck, shoulder and back pain following a car accident I decided to see Kate and was very happy with the improvement in my body in a short period of time. I highly recommend Kate at OsteoActive Edithvale. I have been seeing her since November 2016 and she has truly fixed my office work related neck and back problems. Kate really knows her stuff, she's set me up with a simple and effective home maintenance program and I actually need to see her less an less often as a result! If you're putting up with niggles like I was, do yourself a favour and pay Kate a visit.
