Ri-Industries Septic and Rainwater Tanks

We have had two 12000 litre water tanks and one septic tank delivered to our new build at The Range by RI Industries. One water tank was almost impossible to place but in discussions with Gary at RI he organised to send out RI's best tank delivery guy, 'Charlie' to assess the situation. Charlie was brilliant. No fuss, down to earth and very professional. I have a couple of photos of the tank placement. Charlie dropped it in to exactly the right spot.

The team at Ri-Industries were more than helpful with the sales team promptly answering internet queries and the factory guys taking the time to place my load as required and then making sure I had the load correctly secured before directing me back into the traffic. I have no hesitation in recommending this group if you are looking for good service.

Great customer service, office was a bit hard to find, documentation provided lacked individual costing for items purchased. Products as expected.

Purchased septic riser and the information and service received was second to none.Riser fitted perfectly- drawings were emailed through so holes were easily prepared prior.Delivery was on time and crane operator lowered exactly into position with utmost care. I made a phone enquiry about a large concrete sump, off the internet. I had some reservations about the suitability of what I was looking for.This is where my positive experience started. Gary suggested we visit the RI production facility and inspect their products and get an understanding of their fabrication process.This helped me make my decision. I bought what I saw --- and have been back since.I would not hesitate in recommending Gary and the RI team.

Please just don't do it, customer service is nonexistent, Gary the sales manager is the most unpleasant and dismissive person I have had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with.I brought an Aerobic unit from them as that is what all my neighbors have, but it was only after I had it installed that I found out all the major issues the unit has. I asked my neighbors and they have had all the same reoccurring issues which they get charged a fortune for by the service companies, simply its a scam, RI-industries supply a product that is not fit for purpose and these service companies then charge you a fortune to fix it.

Needed a 200mm Riser added to my exisiting tank of theirs installed a few years ago and Sean was quick to get everything organised and managed to get it to me within a week of payment. The delivery driver made the whole process when dropping the item off very easy and helped me get it to exactly where I needed, can’t recommend this company any higher!!

What a great place, helpful staff, quick response to online qoute service, ordered, paid and loaded in my cruiser in under an hour. If your after a product resold by other suppliers, go direct to them, they are cheap, helpful and very fast. I was worried when I got there so quick there would be a wait time for processing, but no they immediately told the store man and it was in my car 5 minutes after payment by phone (due to COVID regs). They emailed me a paid invoice less than 24hours later. Excellent work from a quality supplier.

As a earth mover I have installed many different makes and types of tanks over the past 15 + years .Rye industry tanks are one of the strongest that I have seen their service from point of sale to delivery is most impressive ,their delivery team always go out of their way to deliver even in rough terrain or tight spaces these some of the reasons why have installed one of their tanks on my new home I am very pleased with the product
