I hired Kitchens of Australia to do a full design and installation of a new kitchen, including construction of a new linen cupboard, in December 2019.PROS: - Initial contact with office was lovely- Installation (mostly) complete in 1 week- At the time of install had a sale on cabinetryCONS: - Communication after contract was abhorrent. I never knew who was coming and when. Most of my calls were left unanswered.- Only 1 trade charged me the price listed on the trade sheet. Everyone else was extra.- Carpenter who built my linen closet broke floor tiles, to which the owner stated don't worry

Such a terrible experience, wish i had considered other reviews more closely. Makes mistakes everywhere and then ignores calls to discuss. Obvious in hindsight why he wants full payment before job is complete.

Very poor communication, under quoted my kitchen renovation on the tradies and as a result blew the final cost way out of budget and was a no show on multiple occasions.

We were very happy with our experience. They got rid of our old kitchen and put a brand new one for us in one week. We could not believe how efficient they were. The price they gave us was amazing. We will be recommending these guys. Thanks guys for a great job

Bad communication.Wouldn't show up on majority of days.Bad quality installation.The shelves installed in the kitchen are unable to have items on them as none of them are level and items roll off.Alot of cabinets are not level or flush.Cracks on the cabinet doors.The paint work on the cabinet doors have drip lines & air bubbles.The stone benchtop was installed ontop of the original laminate benchtop which was not part of the agreement, whilst the support wood panels that were initially meant to replace the old benchtop to prevent seeing the colour & also meet the required measuments to support the stone as the original benchtop did not have the correct measurements for support.Bad workmenship also, the cabinents internal have cracked due to the was screws have been installed.Overall causing damage to items whilst installing.Didn't return to finish the job and we've been ignored for 3 weeks and have had to pay someone to finish it after already paying kitchens of Australia for it.I do not recommend this business or Keiran!Stay clear of them! Alsolutely our most horrible experience ever.Response from the company stating they no dealings with myself and family is completey incorrect as we received a text message to remove our review against the business!No need for me to mention anything further as the reviews say it all.Personally, preferrably we would love to give a 0 Star rating for our overall experience, we believe giving this business a 1 star rating is a compliement for Kitchens Australia.GOODLUCK!
