I would never recommend this company to anyone needing to do their tax return. I booked an appointment only to turn up and to be roughly told that an appointment wasn't booked. When I initially booked an appointment, I was roughly told that if I brought a flash drive with my profit-loss statements that that would be sufficient. However, when I arrived for the appointment, I was roughly told that it could not be used because of virus problems. I then went and printed out the statements and returned. I was then roughly asked to provide a driver's licence which I did not have with me. Even though I had provided my full name, DOB, TFN, ABN, address and mobile number, I was then roughly told that until I provided it, no work could commence. I then roughly said that I would go home and get it. I was then roughly told by the staff member that I needed to bring in all my invoices because the boss wants copies of them because people cheat. I then felt like a criminal. I then went home after which I decided to return and retrieve my paperwork which I did. I will never go back to this company again.

Worst tax return i have ever had the woman seemed more worried about going home then my tax.

Quick and easy. I do think they need an extra person to answer the phones and people walking in, to take the pressure off the lady doing the returns, as she has to answer the phone and their queries while in the middle of doing your return.
