Organises to meet following Thursday, sends text next Tuesday night after dinner saying I’ll be there tomorrow at 7am arrives Wednesday instead. Accomodate the change but bloke arrives to inspect Amart couch poor quality fabric. Rudely interrupts mid conversation to enforce his opinion that one fabric from one retailer doesn’t have to perform to the same standard as the same type of fabric from another retailer. Nubuck fabric should perform like suede for one customer and behave like synthetic leather for another. Educated myself to the difference between pulling fabric, Nubuck leather and suede and the synthetic versions of each but got cut off and yelled at when pointing out I understand the difference. What a joke. Ends up pointing at his logo on his shirt saying “mate been doing this for 30 years” implying what do I know without letting me finish my sentence. Customer service was digusting. Writes report to void warranty on arbitrary details which just shows the level of professionalism once a customer doesn’t agree with the leather doctors point of view that you have no claim under warranty for a $5000 couch. Your service is a joke.
