Great ClubVery welcoming, if you want that family feel this is the club for you.BJJ Coaches are very experienced and take time to improve your game.I cant comment on the MMA side as i never done it.really miss this place

AWESOME PLACE TO TRAIN.I have been there going on 3 weeks and already they have made me feel part of the family.I attend 5 to 6 nights a week and all the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to someone new to Jiu Jitsu, mma, kickboxing or martial arts or like myself someone who has not trained martial arta for a number of years and out of shape.They let you work at your own pace and encourage everyone equally and make you feel welcome.Everyone is so friendly and always happy to assist you in your learning experience.A good workout and good fitness.I love it. I am hooked.
