They pushed me for local brand when i was there and asked for refund as doctor said to go on original and they refused to refund the product

I’ve been coming to this chemist for quite a few years and the service is great. The prices are always fantastic. I really appreciate that I can request brands without being pushed to take a generic option although they have a huge variety of all brands and generics.Staff are polite and very helpful.

to get my shot iam 66 didnt want to stand for a long time my hubby went looked on Google and to my delight and happiness this chemise is doing the AZ Covid shot the staff there are so beautiful i know them all i was so comfortable & the girls know me for 5 years iam so so happy i got it done there thank you thanks you for relaxing me and use all having a laugh love you all xxxoo

AVOID THIS CHEMIST they push substitute brands. Unprofessional & Unethical I took my prescription into this chemist, I waited a long time so I asked how much longer would it be she said we couldn't contact the doctor so she said she couldn't make the prescription up when I asked why she repeated the same, I said what is wrong again, is there something wrong with the prescription then she said we don't make up prescription for doctors out of our area. In 20 years I have never hear such a lie from a medical professional. I contacted my doctor who said she thinks it was most likely because I requested for you not to have a substitute brand and that maybe they didn'thave the original brand in stock so by trying to contact me to change the prescription as the chemist must follow the instructions on the script, as there was nothing wrong with the script.

Everything is 50c to a couple of dollars more expensive in general. The 2/3 staff are lovely and the other pharmacist was quite rude. I dared to ask him a question at 6.29 and instead of pointing me in the direction he suggested that I come back tomorrow. The complicated item that he just simply didn’t have time for was Epsom salts. I walked away from the cashier to grab them while I was waiting for another lady to complete her purchase. The cashier told me an isle but I couldn’t find them and that’s when the rude older gent in the back felt the need to repeatedly tell me the time and to come back another day. I spent $89!! Never going back there again.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful

This pharmacy used to be my go to when I worked in Campbelltown years ago so when I was transferred to Campbelltown for work last year, Shopsmart was one of my first stops. Still as helpful and most importantly knowledgable, the pharmacist on duty is always happy to have a chat and put my mind at ease.

Janine was extremely helpful to me today.She has helped me beyond words. Thank you.
