Apple Canberra

The 2 girls on the front door were rude, didn’t smile the whole conversation and rolled their eyes at me. You would think since they are the first people you speak with they would have a personality.

I’m a die hard apple fan - but I was quite disappointed in the level of service I received in my trip to the Apple Store Canberra. The staff seemed ill informed with the total product range to the point where I had to clarify with them what product I meant (Apple Watch related). Quite disappointing given the premium of which apple products and ongoing service costs.

Extremely poor customer service. I bought a new iPhone 14 pro max with apple canberra store. At the time of buying, because i was paying the whole money and out right, their customer service was very quick and sweet to sell me an iPhones and made sure that i spent on extra accessories. However, when i went the next day on 21at Jan 23 to put a protector for the screen, it was appalling to see that no one was even ready to see you standing there waiting for someone to come and assist you even after waiting for 20 minutes near the desk where screen protector were being put on.Every team member just walked by even when i called out to them, once they were done with other customer who was getting his screen protector. They acted as i was getting screen protector in charity. I would rather buy it online and getting it delivered rather then paying to get poor customer service like this.

They did not care it was close to closing time, they still ran the tests on my device to find out the problem and I was told on the spot what the issue was. Even while headed for the closed doors, the service girl still stopped with me to show me replacement devices on sale, so I took a picture.By the way, Apple staff cannot tell the difference between phones that have 2 or 3 cameras, so you may want to consider whether you want to spend extra imagining you are getting a better camera. Apple devices take good pictures with just 1 camera.

My only underwhelming experience in an Apple Store. The staff is not interested in helping customers as you can see in other reviews.Even the manager doesn’t really care and there is no help whatsoever.Sadly, the only Apple Store in Canberra, so I will do my best to don’t come back.I hope the management get to see this and other reviews to improve the experience their staff is providing.

It’s handy to be able to see the products in real even though the Apple website does a great job listing all the specs.Clean and well maintained store with helpful and friendly staff.

Went around the store looking to buy AirPods Max, several staff stood around talking to older people but not myself (someone of younger age). Was willing to buy if a staff member came up and asked if I needed assistance. I shouldn’t have to ask for a staff member if there are several available that are standing around. Poor customer experience and little attention to the younger generation.

Watch didn’t power on.Visit to Genius Bar was swift and professional. Watch was send in.Turn around in less than the promised time of 5 - 10 business days.Super customer service and experience!

Superb service which was expected since the device that I had prebought was very expensive.Staff were extremely competent, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and approachable.They set up my device with speed and efficiency.I was unexpectedly impressed.

I visited a few times and each times, the staff is always willing to help and resolve my issues. I get all my issues resolved within less than 30 minutes, much easier than talking to someone on a call centre. Great customer service.
