Went on Saturday to buy new blush. Girl who was helping me was not interested in doing her job. Was acting as she was waiting for someone else when dealing with me,or as if it was a big effortto give ne her expert advice. Left without blush and went opposite to Mecca where I received excellent customer service.

I had my make up done for my 21st birthday paid $120 (I did get some products) but then got home and had to redo my entire foundation as the make up artist did not blend or cover my whole face. I had make up missing on both sides of my face from my cheeks down. They did my eyebrows/eye make up really good and my make up Arita was really nice but seriously how hard is it to make sure there is foundation on my whole face! SO DISAPPOINTED.

VERY Nasty Service from a girl who worked on Saturday at Eastland store. When my wife asked for the price of highlighter, the staff (girl) was rude and not interested at all. She only told off whether my wife was going to buy or not. My wife was going to purchase lipstick, brush and other more things in there but my wife had to walk away from the rude staff as the service was so unpleasant ! so poor service. Better go MECCA or Myer, so much better service at least !

I had an appointment to have my eye make up done. The appointment was meant to be for 30 mins. The girl applied eye shadow only and I had to ask her to apply mascara. The whole appointment only lasted 17 minutes even though I paid for the full 30 mins. I left very disappointed and will have my make up done elsewhere in future.

Completely and utterly rude ladies in the shop today, were more interested talking amongst themselves. No help whatsoever, terrible customer service (it's not hard to smile or say hello), will go to Doncaster to purchase my makeup.
