We needed a cat enclosure after moving from Sydney where our cat used to roam the streets and come home at night. Cats can’t leave your property in qld so we needed to do something. The portable enclosures were too bulky and ugly, and to get one installed would cost a bit, so it was great we found Catsafe.We measured the area and Ken cut it to size and provided detailed, easy to read instructions to do it ourselves. It did take us two days to complete in the summer and we never got around to putting in the zipper, but we are extremely happy with the end product and the cats (yes we got another one) love to hang out there.

When we moved houses we had a big problem, and her name is Gracie, she is a rescue cat who had been to a couple of homes before she attached herself to us. The problem was we had moved to a house near a wildlife habitat. Whilst she was always in at night Gracie was in the habit of wandering the neighbourhood during the day. We checked out several options before we came across Ken and Catsafe. From our first inquiry through to the finished project we could not be happier with the assistance that Ken has provided. We had several options and Ken provided advice and pricing on each option. After a number of back and forth emails and phone calls, we settled on a product it was quickly dispatched and arrived with easy to understand instructions. We have purchased two cat enclosures from catsafe for the last two houses we have owned. They are a fraction of the price of having an enclosure built by a local company and come with clear and detailed instructions which allowed us to put them up ourselves with minimal difficulty over a couple of afternoons. Ken and Robyn are very easy to deal with, helpful and answer questions promptly.

Ken and Robyn were very helpful with selecting the right size which is important before you order and when it came in the post it was all ready to assemble, we did call once to ask a question and Ken was happy to answer our questions. We were surprised and happy with the finished result but most importantly the 2 cats were extremely happy to once again feel like they are outside in nature!The wildlife is returning after a few months to the garden which is nice to see the little finches making a nest right outside the enclosure in the shrub!The cats seem relaxed and stay nice and clean and the enclosure is attached to the bedroom so they can come inside at night, the enclosure is big enough for a few people to sit out there without feeling closed in,its also see through the net so doesn't look like they're in a zoo.

Looks great, easy to setup and most importantly the cats LOVE it!

Spent hours getting the measurements 100% correct under the assumption that the netting would be cut to the exact size and be edged and zipps installed. If I knew that I would have to do all the hard work ie edging then I would have purchased the netting on eBay and gone to the local hardware store to get the fittings, that would have saved me over 50% of the cost of getting this from CatSafe.

These enclosures are just amazing. A simple, brilliant idea that keeps my cat safe (and wildlife)
