The GEPPS CROSS STORE - Unbelievably unhelpful & uncaring service - from the manager in particular. ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE - have been just unhelpful & uncaring as well. I will never use Jaycar again to purchase my electronic components. It's a wonder that this company has survived for this long ?!

Called in to get some rechargeable batteries. Was quite amazed at the range of electrical equipment available. Equipment, games, drones, parts, spot lights, and car accessories seem to be endless. I found the staff very helpful and only to pleased to assist. Will keep this place in mind

Today 8/5/23 my husband and I were very impressed with Jack who served us. He was extremely attentive to our needs and knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention not just to my husband, but to me as well. He has excellent communication skills and listens intently and guided us through the options very skillfully. I can't recommend the young guy highly enough. I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! Keep up the good work and we will be back. Thanks so much.

James and the boys could not have been more helpful. An unusually difficult to find screw (pardon the terminology) was no problem at all. Went out of their way to help, and did. Thunderous applause!!!!

Convenient location. Huge selection of products. Good service.

Can be hard to get a park in this area but the store has some off-street customer parking behind in Addie Pl, entrance off Grote Street, which was helpful. Reasonable range of products and most items appeared in stock, good number of staff on hand to assist customers when I went.

Really helpful staff, sorted out my driving light connection issues. Had all the parts I needed. Good prices.

5-20V 87W Laptop Power Supply with 2 x USB-C (PD3.0) and 2 x USB-A (QC3.0) please recall this product it malfunctions after 2 month's of use and only puts out only 20 volts and destroys anything plugged into it the store manager recommend it to recharge my Panasonic FZ-G1 TOUGHPAD and it burnt it out don't buy this product unless you want to burn down your home this product should be reported to the ACCC the Over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection stops working
