Baby Bunting Booval

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited over 15 minutes on hold for a car seat installation to be told it wouldn’t be done. Went back and was on hold for 7 minutes only to wait a total of 10 minutes to be served. Won’t be recommending this place or installation to anyone.

Tried to ring store to arrange refund for a product I ordered online as it said it was out of stock - the email literally said to ring the store to arrange refund just to be told they don’t do that over the phone. Why say that in the email then?? The girl I spoke to on the phone was clueless and when I said what the email said she didn’t even have a response. If you don’t know what you’re talking about go and get someone else. Complete waste of time

I drove 40 minutes to come in to have a look at some car seats and would’ve loved some advice and help browsing but I was in the store for half an hour and didn’t get acknowledged once, I rekon you could walk out with a pram and nobody would notice, it’s ridiculous!! customer service is so poor at this store.Definitely won’t be back

I really like this store. It's my go to for baby shower or 1st birthday gifts.

Great lay out. Great service. Abit pricey but with great reliable products. You definitely get what you pay for.

The initial staff member spoke to (didn't get her name but had a strong NZ accent) was about as unhelpful as you could imagine when contacted her about a faulty product. I ended up driving to the store and from my car (Covid safety) talked to an assistant manager who took it upon self to sort out my issue. There is a lot of inconsistency in the standard of service you'll get. Not really good enough. There are many cheaper places to buy baby items. You do to a store like this and pay a premium to get good advice and post sales service and sadly, that's not what you get here unless insist on speaking to a manager. Honestly don't think the customer service staff care at all. No amount of training in the world can improve attitude. Really need to recruit more service orientated staff or will lose customers.

Sold us expensive furniture that was already broken and unusable upon recieving. They then refused to provide a refund. Thieving practice by the store. Read the countless reviews online regarding babybunting refusing to honor warranties and refunds. Matter heading to ACCC now. Spend your money at babyhq, bubsgrubs or other countless other baby stores.

Staff member commented on my pram/car seat, then proceeded to tell me it doesn't meet the Australian safety standards. Little does she know that it does meet standards then proceeds to tell me police are cracking down on safety standards. I have been pulled over twice with my car seat and the police officer said I had a great car seat and they certainly did not state it was unsafe. So thinking the staff know better than police was very annoying and just rude. I came in store to spend my rewards points and got told my car seat/pram was unsafe. She should have known better to comment on other people's lives. Very rude and made me uncomfortable. I'll most likely not go back to this store. I will go back to another baby bunting but if i get the same attitude i will know not to shop there again, simply not worth the stress alone. I also had a friend go in for a car fitting and she was told she can't leave unless she purchased a $900 car seat, but the one she had was already from baby bunting so that just made no sense to me ? Seems like a money pinching scam. Fun fact for you though baby bunting; your jolly jumpers and baby walkers do not meet safety standards in Canada and other countries because they delay growth development, so don't go on about safety when your selling products that are literally so bad for babies development. Just do better. Not happy at all.

Large store and friendly staff. The staff here are very helpful although I sometimes feel that when you are trying to make a decision between two items they will nearly always give you more info on the more expensive one so it sounds better.
