Nelson Platinum Cleaning
I booked a roof clean that I was quoted to have it fully cleaned & restored for just over $550,  I was quoted a per square meter rate, but billed a made up hourly rate. my house looks terrible it's patchy and all in all not what I ordered.Firstly, they showed up late. Then they wandered around aimlessly for hours without actually doing much of anything. Instead of saying I'm sorry but this job is just beyond Nelsons cleaning I cannot complete the work that we quoted site unseen.  At no point did anybody from Nelsons cleaning ever do a walk through with me as it was quoted site unseen.  even when onsite there was not explaining the work or was there an expectation ever set for results.  When the two workers started work it was extremely unprofessional. the young kid and I mean kid probably 13-14 years old who was not trained at all (but I will stand correct if you wish to present some sort of training certificate)and the other older worker sat in the ute staring at his phone 90% of the time. there was no supervision at all. I was told by Jack from nelsons cleaning would be a 3-4 hour job 4 and they would be gone before I got back. needless to say, I was shocked when I got home to see hardly any work at all done and they were leaving.  Now when I owned a services businesses, I always pushed the other clients back till I provided a professional service for the client I was currently engaged with for the job.The next day they again showed up late, they again didn't push back or rebook client to complete my work and again they promised a fast turn around now that they had watched some youtube videos they had it sorted. ( Really professionals learning off youtube)  again hardly any work completed.On the 3rd day was the same Jack arrived late and it was clear that he didn't want to be there at all. They stayed maybe 4 hours then left again. before leaving he said I've sprayed the roof it will slowly come off in a month or so. Jack was actually trying to justify a patchy unfished job as finished. I shut that down quickly and made it clear that it wasn't finished and I wanted it all off straight away like I had been quoted to do.On the 4th day again I was not made a priority and was made to just be slotted between jobs.  Then rather then pick up the phone and call to say it is too windy, Jack sends an SMS saying won't be there today to windy.  Now at this point, I've had enough 4 days with hardly any real hard work being done on the house when I was told 3 hours is all it would take.Can you see how unprofessional Nelson's Cleaning is at this point?Now at this point, I messaged my unhappiness at the job that had been done, and how long it was taking.  I clearly was not being made a priority at all. I then stated you have 2 days to get the job complete or I'm not paying. to me, this is a fair statement considering they were approaching being on the job close to 10x longer than quoted and they has only completed a single piece of cleaning to a professional standard everywhere was patchy. To me, this is a fair request as a 3-hour job was into day 4. I got an immediate response from Jack saying ill come to collect my things then.A true professional will be monitoring wind conditions 5 days in advance and be making their bookings accordingly and passing this knowledge on to the client when rebooking as a heads-up that they may be delayed due to wind. Secondly, at this point, Jack should have called and explained there are strong winds predicted for the area for the next week how about I come back next week all day not leaving till you were happy. But NO! Jack just ran without taking responsibility for the job at all then has the audacity to bill me for making our house look worse than when he began. in the photos attached the pic of the front of the house looks good on half the house however upclose even from the ground you can see how bad the job is atually done. as you can see by the pics its not that the job couldnt have been done properly its that he didnt want to spend the time to do it properly.

This is a message I sent Jack about our experience. There has been no follow up again for the past week and a half, no apologies, no trying to rectify the situation.We won the vouchers through a charity event and Nelson Platinum Cleaning clearly weren't doing it for right reasons because they will not honour it. Very disappointing.Hi Jack
