My now fiancè loved the beautiful white gold and opal ring I picked out for her at the Kuranda store on Saturday. The sales lady was outstanding and lovely to deal with.Unfortunately the following day, my fiancè accidentally knocked the ring and dislodged one of the opals. We were due to fly out the following day but wanted to see if the Cairns store could fix it before leaving. Unfortunately the jeweller wasn't working that day so it couldn't be repaired but they offered to replace the ring with an identical one they had in stock. Wow, this was unexpected. My fiancè who had been fretting about being without her new ring was now smiling again. However, the ring was a little too big so they offered to re-size the ring and send to us before the weekend. Well the ring arrived on Thursday and my fiance is so happy and so am I.Many thanks to all at Regency Jewellers in both Kuranda and Cairns. The ring I bought is beautiful and these guys made a stressful couple of days right so quickly. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I also have had a great experience with Regency,my fiance and I purchased my engagement ring in May 2015, and on Christmas day that same year a tiny diamond fell out of the setting. I contacted them about repairs as i live in NSW. They were very helpful, quick to return phone calls, and I have my ring back, beautifully cleaned and repaired in 7 days at no cost to me. Even though this happened I would buy there again beacause of this positive experience and peace of mind that if something does happen it won't be a hassle. Thankyou Regency.

My experience with Regency Jeweller's has been amazing. After purchasing a beautiful opal ring during August 2014, I was most upset to lose the opal not long after I got home to Melbourne. I emailed them and told them what had happened and they immediately offered to replace the opal. I sent the ring back to them and a few days ago received a beautiful replaced opal in the ring. They also replaced the claws that held the opal, all at no cost to me. I understand that not everything can always go perfect, but I think it says it all when Regency Jewellers did not hesitate to replace the opal to ensure I was happy with both the ring and my experience.I highly recommend Regency Jewellers to anyone wishing to purchase an opal with a true and trusted business.

Very nice collection. Must check out Pierre Cardin Australian Opal limited collection watches. Some are a bit loud, but worth checking out.

Very poor quality of their craftsmanship during the ring downsizing process left us with the misshapen ring after our complaint we were told that there is no problem and then that they cannot see any problem when we pointed out what exactly is the problem they have said that it is no problem because it is not visible when wearing the ring honestly I do not know what people with this attitude doing in Jewellery industry I would like to see how would they like this sort of attitude if somebody would be grading gemstones for them because there is basically no visible difference from a distance, they are very confident calling themself the best in Cairns but they have an attitude like a bunch of lumberjacks. To make things better when I offered them a solution of sending the ring to the original maker to be fixed on their expenses I was refused and I have been told that the ring is cheap and definitely imported from Asia because no one in Australi is using 14K white gold. The ring was made by a small workshop RooRingCo which let you choose the material of the ring and the 14k white gold was chosen for its durability. Super rude and offensive behavior they did not admit any mistake and told us to leave did not refund anything and did not care about us.Very arrogant manager Brad told me he knows it is cheaply made and there is no damage because he is working in the industry for 35 years honestly I think it is sad and he wasted his time if he is not able to see the problem and offer basic customer service or at very least not be rude.Hope that some people will read this and take their money somewhere else.
