Beauty spot HQ was amazing best salon i have been to, with wonderful staff that are very warm and welcoming, they really take there time with all services and listen to what you want, explain everything in detail including aftercare, will 100% be going back

Such a great experience, the salon is super clean and the staff are so welcoming. They gave such attention to detail making sure my nails were even, straight and exactly how I wanted them.I’m so fussy with my nails but they far exceeded my expectations and made sure I was 100% happy with the end result.Great professional setting with great products, eye for details and friendly staff.If you want somewhere that you feel really relaxed, get a great service and have a nail tech actually chat with you - this is your place. Highly recommend!!

I came here, based on the positive google review that I’ve read. But what I caught up is a sign in the door that “We will be back in 10 mins”. I patiently waited and after 15 mins I called the ph 3x then no answer. I waited again until 40 mins because I have an important event tomorrow and just decided to go and give them a good advice.You said, in your Instagram post, “you prefer bookings instead of walk- ins.” I would suggest to change that to “No Walk-Ins, By Appointment Only”.Second, don’t advertise that you’re open till late, if you can’t commit on the said hours that you posted. Or better close early rather than posting a note if you can’t come back after 10 mins.Additional, don’t changed your google opening hours all of a sudden because of the review I’ve posted, because it’s confusing to your Instagram post. Good advice for a business that is newly open.
