I really don’t get all those bad reviews. I had to buy 1km of fencing and they called me in the factory to show me and explain everything ( definitely they’re didn’t have to do that )Agreed on a better price and delivered it on the day we agreed.I only have to thank you guys for all.

Terrible service would never recommend

I bought chain link fence of them and they were very good to deal with. They Helped me ( teaching me on how to install ) delivered in time and had good price for the material.

Installation was great. Just got in and got job done. Cleaned up after themselves well.

We had 2 gates fitted (very poorly) about 3 years ago. We even had to get fair trading involved. Now one of the hinges on one gate has seized and the screws have come out. The gate almost fell over. It is lockable but has to be propped up. The other gate is starting to seize now. I expected the gates to last longer than this. Extremely disappointed! Fair trading will again be contacted.

Very poor experience when engaged to measure, quote, supply and install custom gate to residential property.The job was quoted and clearly explained the requirements. Site was visited and requirements and measurements clearly accessible and visible to allow quote, design and manufacture of the gate.The gate did take time to be made which is understandable however once it arrived it certainly was not fit for purpose.When owners explain this to the installer and supplier many excuses or “quick fix” solutions were offered, none of which were reasonable or suitable considering the clear explanation of what was required at quote stage.Owner lodged email to advise they would like to discuss these issues and someone to visit site to discuss. 2 people visited site and the customer service and the discussion was very unprofessional and terrible display of customer service.In the end a small discount was applied (which was not discussed or agreed upon) however to cease dealing with this company we paid Invoice and we now have a what was meant to be a custom gate that we waited for that is not fit for purpose and we need to spend $$$$ and time to actually make it work for you the reason we needed it. Certainly not a pleasant experience.

Dreadful customer service.Just read the other reviews, you’ll get the idea.Ripped us off on a job price and refused point blank to return calls.Don’t go near them, that’s my recommendation.

We bought an aluminium slat fence from Olympic at Rutherford, Steve and Gail were very friendly and helpful, I gave Steve the measurements and the fence fitted perfectly, he gave me a few tips on erecting the fence, Thanks again Steve and Gail, we will definitely recommend you.

Did a great job very fast and thorough. Cleaned up great. Full service demo and construction. Looks great.
