The House of Golf - Bundall

So happy with the service I received from the blokes at House Of Golf Bundall. I went in to purchase some golf balls and stumbled upon a set of my golf clubs. I’ve lost my PW over a year ago and have been looking high and low since to purchase a replacement with no luck. But I mentioned this to the guys here and they went out of their way to ring around and got back to me a day later saying they could hook me up with a new club. Super friendly and professional service, I ended up picking it up a week later at a fantastic price. I’m really appreciative of the effort they went to to get me this club. Thanks again guys, I will be back.

The South African counter guy was rude and not helpful. Shame he not only makes you look bad, but his country as well.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to help a complete beginner get into the game. Didn't try upsell on the most expensive gear and guided me to equipment that suited. They also had a good deal on irons that suited me perfectly. They have a good range of equipment too. Will be back.

Shane and the team offer the best customer service on the Gold Coast. Went in to buy a set of clubs with very limited knowledge. Shane spent over 2 hours with me hitting the ball on the simulator. He ran quick drills with me to perfect my game, while working out which clubs, what length, grips etc would be best for me. No pressure, full professional service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for new gear or advice!

I've been here on and off for 4 years now . The store is twice the drive vs nearest Drummond store but worth the effort. Shane and the team here are simply the best with experience, service, swing tips and pricing. They give fair value on trade ins unlike Drummond Golf who give you pennies.One of the best retail stores you'll ever come across.10 stars.

Went there today to buy some apparel. It's one of the better stocked golf stores for ladies. They also had a wide range of ladies clubs. When I'm due for my next set I think this will be place I come to get fitted.The staff were really kind to our kids who were having fun on the putting green.

Limited range. Limited service. Spent nearly 1 hour in store. Fully cashed up. 3 workers stood in the office chatting among themselves. Asked for advice. Got a reluctant grunt or 2. Walked out empty handed. Get better service with a pro at any random golf club pro shop.Was the only customer in store and now I understand why. Don't judge a book by its cover boys.
