They arrived to repair my Fisher and Paykel washing machine. Diagnosed very quickly it needed new suspension rods and charged me $220. They would return in a few days to fit the parts which would be a further $275. If I got Fisher and Paykel out instead they would carry the parts with them and a total charge of $298.Always get the original manufacturer to do repairs. Anne

Didn't turn up for our same day booking. When I rang they said I wasn't on the system. Really let us down.
