Went into the branch to close my recently deceased Mother's accounts. Had the misfortune to encounter Kerry, the most unpleasant, rude and unhelpful teller I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.No empathy, no customer service skills.

Encouraged to use ATM so staff don't have to deal with you.

I opened my first CBA account at this branch. As a new resident in Nambucca, the staff assisted me with the transactions for a property purchase. This is a stressful activity. The professional and friendly staff gave me good old fashioned branch service. I am very grateful.

We had booked an appointment and arrived a few minutes before the meeting. We proceeded to the office at the back of the branch and were more or less ignored until the teller called across to us and asked us what we wanted and not in a friendly way. When we told them we had an appointment we were asked to wait and another person was ushered into the office. Still no greeting. None was to be given. When we made it into the office Sandy was not friendly and more or less told us off for visiting the bank during our holiday. We asked our questions and they were briefly answered - I felt no confidence in the answers and will visit a different branch when I get home. Sandy did lighten up at the end of our visit a bit but, as you can tell I feel the interaction was poor. If CBA was like this everywhere I'd be moving to a different bank. My advice - use a different branch or bank. To be avoided.

I would just like to say that Kelly that works at the Nambucca heads Branch went above and beyond to help me and my son to get set up with our bank accounts today setting up online banking for us both, as we are new to banking in Australia, we were very grateful to you
