Kallam answered us on first call and was out the same day for emergency leak issue and on another non emergency call, he was out the next day!Both times, he cleaned up after him self and priced so fair also. Defo recommended him to a few friends

We ran out of hot water yesterday and we discovered it was the HW Unit. I was given a plumbers name by a friend and when I rang him he was pleasant & friendly to deal with and was able to give a firm time to replace our unit in less than 24 hours unlike other plumbers who didn't respond to calls. Kal turned up on time and replaced the unit and completed the job professionally. We were extremely happy as we have hot water within an hour after completion of the work.Rating of 5 easily achieved, thanks Kal !

Prompt, punctual and polite. The issue was leak detection in the ensuite. Kallum and Mick had the equipment to do many tests which proved the leak was a breakdown in the waterproofing not the plumbing. Kallum has put me onto a tiler who can sort the reseal for me.Its very refreshing to deal such a professional service.
