Recently we had a water leak inside our home , Anthony promptly sent a roofer to fix the problem.Once we were certain the roof was not going to leak Anthony sent a tradesman to scrape off the peeling paint and apply a skim coat followed by a painter who finished by painting the entire wall to blend in with the rest of the home. It is reassuring to know your builder is there when issues arise.

We built two houses with Bert Farina Constructions. We had an amazing experience and found Anthony and Curt to be extremely professional, giving great service, delivered ahead of time, with high quality products. Curt was so quick to respond to our questions and was just lovely to deal with. I highly recommend BFC and look forward to building with them again.

So the response to my review by the owner of the business was to accuse me of being a liar by saying that I am not a client. I was a client. I bought an apartment off the plan in Torrensville. I took ownership in 2019 and am still shelling out money for things that were not finished off properly. Also, the front has already fallen off two of the kitchen draws in less than 3 years. .

I was first introduced to Anthony at Bert Farina Constructions 6 years ago (in 2014) and since then they have built multiple properties for us and have proven to be very honest and reliable. They have a professional team who show great attention to detail and help to make the building process simpler. I have always found both Anthony and Josh a pleasure to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending them

BFC were fantastic in the build of Auto Masters Highbury. Nothing was too hard and everything completed to a fine standard and on time. Our Project Manager, Josh, was outstanding and Anthony gave us all the information and costs without 'sales fluff'. Will definitely use them a again.

My daughter purchased an off plan apartment built by Bert Farina at Hyde Park. We were appalled by the amount of defects, poor workmanship and build quality. Judging by other comments here, it seems to be a common occurrence with this builder. Such a shame that builders are allowed to operate this way and continue to get away with it.

STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. Poor workmanship will leave your house littered with defects, even after 2 years.The only good reviews here are from developers who are happy to see BFC cut corners as it makes them more money. Save yourself time, money and stress find a quality builder and stay the heck away from this one.

Terrible experience with BFC. We built with them in 2012-2014, based on recommendations from Umberto's ( father of current owner, Anthony Farina) builds. Anthony put us into a legal fight, and not once did come to see what his team and trades did poorly. Please stay away from this company.Uberto built things well. BFC, now and for years are not good people to work with.I am sorry to not share this years ago.
