I’ve bought spare parts, repairs and water diagnostics and chemicals from this great team for over 3 years now. Friendly, experienced and very reasonably priced. Always providing great advice and service. Highly recommend them !

Pacific Pools have been wonderful. They moved the entire pool pump and filter to another location, hassle free. Other pool companies said it couldn't be done. Not only is the set up in the best spot now, the pool pump is so quiet. The previous pump was ridiculously noisy. Pacific pools service the pool and I've never seen it as sparkling clean as it is now.Michelle

Terrible customer service and wrecked our pool. Won't respond to emails but they do keep sending constant bills after not attending to our pool and never getting back to us. No chemicals or cleaning, took pics and said they would get back to us and now we get bills for nothing and no replies to our emails.

Just have to write this review to warn others.This company was selling a Dolphin S300i pool cleaner on gumtree . They kept saying on the advert that they are a Maytronics Dolphin service agent . The advert said it came with a warranty . I contacted and was told it was 18 months old .That convinced me to buy it from them. I drove an hour to their store to buy it after the owner said I had to pay over the phone to secure it . The model S300i comes with a caddy . When I asked about it , the lady ( wife) said “you don’t need that and it’s easy to carry “. I asked where the caddy is and she said it didn’t come with one.Since we had already paid and drove an hour to pick up and I was with my wife , I took the unit even though I had researched it and knew that model has a caddy .We got back and found there were no filters inside and the tip screws were missing. I contacted and they posted them out .I messaged again as there was a lot of oil coining out in the water but didn’t get any answers.I contacted maytronics about getting a caddy and they said it was supposed to be with the unit and they looked up the serial number and said that the advertised 18 month old dolphin was 2.5 years old. Surely the shop , as a Maytronics dealer / repairer would know the real age of the unit instead of making out that it was within Maytronics warranty ?Anyway it gets worse . I only used the unit once every fortnight and one day it shows error code showing impeller problem. I looked up how to check that and ... found the entire motor assembly had never been screwed in. I had to find my own stainless steel screws and reattach the motor.If you had a Dolphin I wouldn’t recommend you have it serviced there . I wouldn’t recommend you buy one from there either .Dolphin S300i is a really good pool cleaner though .

After 20 years with Pacific I find thongs have changed for the worseion - Pacific has now become overpriced and service has become rude and their prices expensive. I asked for a price for a chlorinator and it was $600+ dearer than alternate supplier - through loyalty I asked Pacific to review quote. In the end I received an email telling me to find to an alternate supplier and after 20 years my business was no longer required. I wanted to stay loyal but they didn't care...Phil @ Kupari
