Westate Autobahn

I popped 2 tyres at the Wilsons carpark on Hay St in the City (somehow) and proceeded to find a servo (Lord St) where I could put air back in the tyres but alas too much damage. I remembered a tyre place on Newcastle St near Lord St but unfortunately it was shutdown / empty, they had a sign saying relocated to Edward St around the corner and mobile phone number. I called explained my situation and they said yep bring it around just drive slowly! So I did and they were able to fit 2 new tyres pretty much straight away. The lads were my saviour that Friday afternoon. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and management. I gave them a tricky car to work with but they sorted it out on time. Jawid always has a steady stream of customers and seems to handle them very well. Will be coming back here often!

Not a good service experience at all. One of the guys told me that wheel alignment was included in the price I had paid in advance but when I came picking my car up they charged 75$ on top (which is by far the most expensive wheel alignment I've ever seen) and stated that I was lying. I tried to explain and they got really rude saying I should stop arguing cause I have to pay anyway. Never again!

The team at Westate Autobahn are super professional and I have always had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend their services. Jarwid is also a true gentleman!!

These guys have helped me out twice now when I accidentally found them a few years ago. Jawid and his guys are easy and honest to deal with (same guys helped me both times so he doesn’t have a high staff turnover) and I’ve got complete faith coming here. You won’t get a fancy showroom but that doesn’t matter as you can sit and watch your car being repaired if you like.

Having read the reviews on Google, I decided to give this business a try… and the reviews were spot on. I was met with blatant honesty, and charged a fraction of what I’d estimated the work to my tyre would cost. I was also given very honest and accurate advice (I was shown exactly where there was a deficiency in one of my tyres and informed that the rest of my tyres, despite looking very worn to my untrained eye, were fine and did not require replacing), and told there was no urgency in needing work done. It is so refreshing to experience honest advice from a tradesman. Being a tradesman of sorts myself, and priding myself in the exact values I saw in practice today, I am gratified in knowing that good human values still prevail in today’s society. Thank you to the team in Westate. Respect.

Generally very good. Been a few times with both my car and my parents. Do your homework with quotes from other suppliers then go/ring them to beat any quotes.There was a bit of discrepancy/misunderstanding with a verbally agreed price once but I should have got it in writing/text msg from them as is the case for any business transaction.But nice blokes and will come again.

Best in Perth for service advise and value for money. Small business with major corporations services. Will recommend to seek advice first.

Not like other tyre places in Perth, these guys are very professional plus friendly people to deal with. I have and will be recommending all my friends and families to them.

Unlike most of the services around Perth this guys gives higher priority to resolving the problem instead of money milking the customer.Everyone from the owner to mechanics are very responsive and responsible.Highly recommend!
