Mimco Canberra

Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to buy a gorgeous pouch and two Mimco staff were standing there, no hello, no acknowledgement just continued their conversation between themselves.I do not recommend the Canberra Center Mimco store, I have been in a few times and this occasions is not acceptable. You better to go to Woden where you will be appreciated or like me will be buying ALL future items online. Worst customer service.

I visited to find something for my wifes birthday. I did not know what to get her so browsed a few times on my lunch break. Nobody helped me on the 3 occasions I walked and staff just talk to each other and not customers. I got fed up and went to Oroton

I’m not the type of person who leaves nasty reviews when customer service fails to meet customer’s satisfaction/expectation but my experience here is quite beyond the ordinary.I am not sure if the staff are aware of these bad reviews because if they are, they should be doing something about it. And if they are not, they should read all these accurate reviews and consider changing their so called ‘customer service’ approach.There is no point to argue with these girls because they don’t care at all, no point raising your concern because they will just laugh at your face.They are extremely unhelpful, lazy and does not know the basics of customer service with no proper manners.It sucks that the way they present themselves influence your buying decisions. Mimco Head Office - I would greatly appreciate some alternatives to rectify this matter. It is affecting your profitability with the attitude of your staffs. It is utterly awful.

Extremely unimpressed!Staff would rather stand around the counter and converse about their social lives then tend to customers and provide assistance where needed. Not a single customer that entered the store (including myself) was greeted or even approached.The staff here are lazy, unhelpful and have terrible dispositions towards their job.

I have been into this store so many times and every single time I have already been greeted and offered assistance. I find all the staff to be lovely and couldn't fault them :)

Sophie a young girl who does embossing in the store recently gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Sophie was genuine and made warm and friendly small talk that was actually quite nice and when I asked advice on my shoes that I had bought only 6 weeks previous she told me to bring them in and she would have them replaced no questions asked and even today I met the manager for the first time Tijana who has offered to attempt to emboss my brand new Jewellery box and anyway now I’m a rose gold member aiming for black as I seriously love this brand and the customer service provided . Oh also I can’t remember the lovely Sri Lankan younger ladies name but she did embossing for me on my new rose gold vegan leather bag and she was so sweet that I offered coffee to the ladies because I was getting myself one while waiting for my embossing and she was so grateful and thankful and declined my offer but it really is the small things that makes a costumer happy and want to come back .
