great ladies had just what i needed lots of knowledge

Staff are amazing, store is very cramped with constant “sales” during this supposed sale I brought up that the same pan is $50 cheaper on the manufactures online site but they don’t match anyone price. Do yourself a favour and just buy online or elsewhere.

Today I rang the store and asked if they had a pasta drying rack in stock. The kind lady I spoke to went and checked and there was only 2 in stock. She offered to hold one for me. When I arrived it was behind the counter and everyone working there new it was for me. I am very appreciative of the help and good service. I nearly did not contact them due to the other reviews, however, my experience with Robins Kitchen was very different to those who have complained.

RUDE!I normally never write bad reviews but today I was just shocked, went in here with my pram, the guy working is chatting with a lady at the front desk, only space where a pram can fit through to roam the store, I wait patiently for them to acknoldge me but just get ignored, I leave the pram there as I couldn't anywhere else and chose the bread knife I wanted to purchase. Go back to front desk the guy is still chatting with same client about the size of the forks she just bought, never ending conversation, I patiently wait and still am ignored, no eye contact, no hello just a minute, nothing.after waiting a full 15 minutes another lady walks in looks annoyed by the pram in the way, I smile and move to let her through to then realise she works there too as she walks behind the desk, at the point I think FINALLY" I can pay and leave

Refused to take legal tender citing it was because of covid. WA doesnt have covid apparently so why are they not taking legal tender.

Rude snobby staff, refused to take cash, when partner said I'll put item back on shelf got met with oh ok, clearly not interested in providing customer service, never will we return to purchase
