I’m so dissatisfied and upset with the service here. Last time my SNS was so thin it cracked in one day and this time my toes were cut and bleeding and after asking for a dark red SNS manicure, I got a very bright red/pink that I hate. I was reassured that when the manicure was finished the colour would be like the one I chose but it wasn’t and when I tried to say that it wasn’t right, I was choerst into sticking with it. I’ve tried to support this business because it’s my most local one. But I have waisted my money there, in fact I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off. I will never go back there again.

Got a pedicure here today and not even 10 hours later my nail polish is peeling off, one of my toes has a dint in it from her tool and she didn’t fix that either not to mention my nails have been cut on an angle just a complete lack of care won’t be returning

We went here last week and the guy was so rude. He was rude to my 9 year old daughter and also rough. We waited so long was ridiculous. Do not go here. I have spoken to others after my experience and they have said same thing. Assuming the male is the owner because i have no idea how he would still have a job after treating myself and others with no respect.

Lovely employees who do fantastic work. My nails still look great.

Positives:1. Walk-in is welcomed - no need to make a booking, that means I'm more flexible with my plans.2. Girls do perfect job - SNS on my nails last for up to six weeks, I change it only because my nails are getting too long.3. Huge variety of colours and styles - I've been their client for almost three years and never had the same style twice.4. All types of nails - classic manicure, shellac, SNS, etc.5. Friendly staff.Negatives:1. Very popular, so gets busy quickly (I once spoke to a lady who drives from Belgrave just to get her nails done here).2. Some misunderstanding in communication with girls due to their low English level (better get a photo of the style you want ready, don't try to explain).

Showed up early and was treated with no respect. Asked for a simple stilleto shape, to which she tried to push coffin and then continued to ask me photos for reference to what a stiletto shaped nail is. Left with a crooked middle nail, to which I repeatedly asked her for to fix, she blatantly refused. This place is horrible.

They missed all edges on all my nails, she made me change what I wanted bc my nails was apparently too short for a French tip

Terrible! I asked for a price for new acrylic nails and shellac’ - the female nail worker gave me a price of $55 then, after I had accepted the price & moved to sit - she changed the price - to which I made a move to leave - saying ‘no’. She then reiterated the $55 & proceeded to remove the old nails’. While soaking’ she made a phone call & another female appeared - trying to ‘strong-arm’ me into paying more! I said: ‘Are we arguing over the price..? Well, no - I’ll just leave it there!’ - and I left.
