Terrible customer service. Had issues booking on the website, called the clinic and the girl assured me my booking had gone through and was locked in. Arrived at clinic on the day to be told there was no appointment booked. Explained that I had spoken to girl on the phone to confirm but was completely brushed off, no apology given for clinics mistake. Would not recommend this store.

Very clean lovely clinic. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Staff are knowledgeable and have introduced me to a few new treatments I wasn’t aware of, what a game changer! I wish I started this years ago I am very grateful and couldn’t ask for more.

Booked in lots of clearskins facial when they had a sale and my skin has never been better! Since puberty I have struggled with acne and blocked pores and after only 3 treatments I noticed a huge difference. Totally worth it and Alyssa is so lovely!

Amazing friendly and welcoming team, nothing is too much trouble and I always feel at ease from the moment I come through the door. Nurse Georgia with her knowledge and expertise is my go to clinician for cosmetic injecting and advice - we are currently working on my neck and I trust her judgement and advice and know without fail, I will get some exceptional results. So lucky to have this team on my doorstep, but would travel to get the treatments and care that I experience at ClearSkin Kalamunda thankyou xx

I had only ever heard amazing things about Neusha and the photos of her work prove she’s one of the best! It had been a while since I had facial treatments but had all my confidence in her! I arrived rather early to my appointment and she took me through early instead of taking her lunch which I would never expect! She was very professional even though we knew each other outside the clinic… her presence was very calm which made me feel very comfortable and not nervous.. I’m a sook! The procedure was pretty much painless and I walked out extremely satisfied! I will always recommend the team at Kalamunda clear skincare clinic.
