I don't mind this Bunnings with understanding it is small. The weekend (Sunday 29 - Jan) isn't the best when it is junior girls who aren't knowledgeable about stock and placement. I asked a girl called Chloe where the ropes are. She asks what sort...Tent ropes, gee, a rope is a rope isn't it?I'm a disabled pensioner with a knee brace and cane, Chloe has me walk all the way down near the plant section to ask someone for ropes to be sent to aisle 12,the other end of the store. Any other day I'd give this store 5 stars but not very impressed at you Chloe

Wow i went to these guys on new years to help my lively nanna who has given so much to northam over many decades.I was so amazed to find it open but several people happy to help me when i had not been to a country bunnings for 8 yearsI almost did not to ask as the are not randomBut even on that day i did not have to askThey were happy to ask me what iwanted on that special dayI ended up getting what i neexed to seal off my nannas tv areaHer happy place where the aircon now works 3x better as the heat from the roof can no make it to where she enjoys her life.A sky light from the dinning roomSo smallIt now lets hot air inI can not wait to remove it from her life

Friendly customer serviceThe employees who work here are always willing to help you find what you need and willing to give you advice and even put a small BBQ sized gas bottle into your car! (Once you've paid for it and exchanged out with a full one). Definitely highly recommend going here instead of travelling to Perth!

Two visits in 2 days we should buy shares in the place!The staff are friendly, the place is clean and most of the things we needed where there, the toilet was spotless,All we needed was a cut lunch and a water bag to make it through our journey.A suggestion though maybe water fountains and cup's for customers on, a hot day would be a great thing to have,If you down load the app you can enter what you are looking for before leaving home, save it to a list in the app, when you get there let the app sort out the map to show you in order the best was to pick your items from the shelves.

Worst bunnings I've dealt with, say they have stock online to then drive an hour to get there for them to be no help & ordered a click & collect that wasn't ready even tho online said 9am pick up or even have correct amount of stock. Rude & unhelpful staff in the timber yard.

Sales assistant there, picked up on my limited mobility. She pushed the trolley load of my purchases over to my car, and packed the goods in the boot of my car. Most impressed. Thank you.

Staff always amazing, very friendly & helpful. It’s our triplet boys favourite place to go out, and they staff really go out of their way to make them enjoy their experience. Thank you, you are all wonderful!

I’m very dissatisfied, I asked customer service lady regarding an item I wanted , she snapped at me n said don’t have it. I then asked where car Isle is as I’ll look and might find something similar . I was ignored and she kept on looking around doing nothing.That was second incidentBefore that I was looking for toilet after travelling 150 km and I’m elderly to go shopping. I asked first man he just pointed , I had no idea where he was pointing to. I asked next employee who was near me and he kept walking without even an answer. I was so annoyed I was walking towards entry door n decide to ask a lady who politely told me down the end of Isle 20. Now how hard is it for staff there to be helpful n friendly to customers. I am not at all Happy with treatment on the day in Bunnings I left with out even shopping for my other items I needed.

I would rather drive 45 min to Midland, store is untidy, some staff have forgotten how to smile, greet customers and apologies when they have stuffed up! Staff also don’t know who the manager is when I asked.
