Excellent staff! Customer service with a smile and always ready to go the extra mile for you in helping you find what you are looking for.Absolute pleasure dealing with them every time.Even tho their online sales are terribly slow when ordering from that main warehouse. This Armidale store alone has made me ALWAYS prefer going to a Bing Lee store over and above the other similar stores to them!

Shout out to Amy who assisted me with purchasing a fridge, your enthusiasm and knowledge helped me decide the best choice for a reasonable price. Going to Bing Lee for the first time to buy a laptop the customer service was consistent as they assist with your enquiries. Prices aren't too bad, nothing to write home about. I'd definitely go back here again if I needed a TV or something..

Not only does bing lee refuse to deliver to my suburb in Brisbane (yet they deliver to the suburbs either side of me- make it make sense), their distribution centre is miles away and only open 7-3 Monday- Friday (therefore impossible for someone who works a regular job!!).Way to alienate your customers. I will never consider bing lee for any future purchases and will be advising my family and friends to do the same.

The girl on the staff team was super nice in helping me find what I needed when I didn't know how to ask for what I need because it was small, and kind of odd and not something everyone would buy every day.I was standing in electronics kind of unsure where it would be.

I bought a vacuum six months ago and it stop to work. I have been trying contact someone via email, but now the only difference is that my house is dirty as I do not have a vacuum to use.
