The initial phone call with Tim was a breath of fresh air. His engagement was professional, caring together with a great personality. While onsite he quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined the issue and actions I should take on remediating with the manufacture. He assisted with writing a report together with photos so that I could use in my discussion with them. I highly recommend his service.
