This real estate agent is very dodgy and I would not recommend it to anyone. They take months to return you back your bonds once they have find a little thing to fix. At first, they act all caring and responsive once you are a tenant but as soon as you are moving out, they become very irresponsive and late on payment of your bond. It s already been months of wait and I am still waiting for my bond of $660. Believe me or not, the property managers there will fake helping you but will take ages to get things done. Very bad experience!

He does an Excellent job. He dresses very professional and very neat.Everyone who saw her impolite comment please don't listen to him or trust him.And lastly the court case that u said that he took ur money is so not true cause I know he is very good and excellent person. You are just saying that so then people hate him but the truth is that he is very trustworthy and good person.You probably used the 45000 for the court and lawyers cause u said I just got back from the court."Which is not true Mark is very good and polite

The agent Eddy Juras, post a house opening and early to leave at least 15mins, i spend over 40 mins to come then the house owner open the door said this agent has leave earlier.

Sharing my own experience with Regina and Renaldo.They really were very helpful and supportive and at the top of that they were understanding of my situation and circumstances.They have supported me at all phases starting from helping me getting in the culture of the Australian market up to the handling of the keys .Beside being professionals, they were too friendly that I asked them for much areas that was not even related to the tenancy.Personally, I have made my my mind for my next agency and I became sure who exactly I will be recommending next to my friends .

Beware of a agent called Mark Effendi. Very shady & dodgy person, took my bonds of $4500 and not giving back. We have just pursuit with a law case!!
