What an amazing experience.Driving from Hervey Bay to Brisbane, the car broke down in Gympie. Limped to Madills Gympie and just experienced the best customer service ever.Warmly greeted and immediately attended to. A technician had his computer connected to the car within 5 minutes of arrival. Taken straight to the service bay while we were invited to the waiting area where we were offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. and snacks, for free!We were invited to use the area for as long as we wanted and at lunch time, we were offered a full BBQ lunch. I kid you not!Madills Gympie are a perfect example of exemplary customer service.As we sit in the waiting area writing this, all I can say is amazing and thanks,

Worst after sales service I've ever experienced. Nothing like being lied to and promised stuff you never get. The sales person made a very exciting time, a very unpleasant experience. Even promises from the Sales Manager amounted to nothing. Don't recommend them at all.
