I rang looking for Fiesta STs, didn't find one, but Josh took carriage of my case over the phone, looked for a car for me and got me a brand new Focus ST that wasn't on the web yet.Not pushy, just facts, super accomodating, he looked into the additional memberships with the car and had that to me on delivery. Good to go.I strongly recommend Josh, he's down to earth and was honest with me from second 1. Ford, pay him more, or something.

I had my car service just recently a bit expensive compared to other service area. They cleaned the car outside but when you get inside your car you can see all the dirt on the steps, shoemarks on the inside steps and carpet. Some marks maybe some chemicals. A bit disappointed how dirty getting inside they should have at least checked it before handing it over. You know the condition of your car before getting it service. I ended up cleaning all the dirt and dirty carpet. Just imagine a wet shoe (muddy marks) whoever fixed the car and all dirt marks on the carpet.

Josh has been fantastic with us despite the challenges of delayed arrives of the new for Everest sport.We needed a bigger car as we were expecting a another baby. But baby came before the car!After explaining that we had booked holidays based of the expected arrival date, Josh offered to give us a 7 seater to use for our holiday complimentary. He saved our family end of year trip and and made a very tired new mum very happy. But now our car has come and we are more then happy. Josh explained everything about the car while they gave my toddler colouring and me and hubby a cup of coffee.Thanks so much!!!

I just bought my fifth car from Sinclair Ford - I have total trust in their sales and service operation. I live near Castle Hill so its an hours drive to Sinclair Ford to get my car serviced - I happily do the drive and wait as I know I the service work will be first class, only the work I need and at a fair price. As for the sales service Brenton kept me informed through the long wait for my new Everest ( it seems you have to wait for all new cars) and then on delivery he spent 2 hours with me going over the operation of my new Everest - I will still read the manual but after Brenton finished I knew everything I needed to know to set up the options to suit me and happily drive away.

Over all a very good experience Wes the salesperson was great Lisa on phones great Yulia explaining my driving cameras to a 60 year old was great .Piet who handled where my Ute was right thru covid and delays would always get back to me with updates. The only thing i could ask for next time is they get rid of Covid but i think that's out of their skill set.

My sales experience with Sinclair Ford was wonderful. From the moment I walked into the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist Lisa with a fantastic personality to enquire about the purchase of my new car to the handover was nothing short of friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. Michael the salesperson helped me with all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't make me feel at all like he was pushing a sale on me. Even at the handover he took the time to go through all features of the vehicle in depth and answered all my questions. I was impressed that he obviously takes pride in his work and knows his products extensively, unlike other car dealerships that can't answer half my questions. Customer Service were also fantastic. They kept me informed about the delivery process along the way and made the whole process stress free. Yuliia in Aftermarket was also very professional and helpful and explained all products for the vehicle with and Indepth knowledge that was easy to understand and made practical sense. All accessories for the vehicle were fitted for handover. Another employee that obviously likes her work and takes great pride in it. What surprised me the most is the management team. In all the years I have purchased cars I have never met the managers only the salesperson. Brenton and Aaron from management took the time to talk to me whenever I came to the dealership. They remembered who I was, what vehicle I was purchasing, what the progress was on the vehicle and where always happy to go out of their way to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Nothing seemed a problem for them. If someone had told me before my experience with Sinclair Ford that buying a new vehicle was this easy and enjoyable, I would have laughed. But I stand corrected by Sinclair Ford. What a fantastic experience. A credit to their employees who are obviously this way because of a very capable management team that mentors them.

I took my Wildtrak for the first time to Sinclair Ford as I was not happy with another Ford dealership (can't say the place)Anyway this is not about that other placeThank you Sinclair Ford for fixing problems on my carThe other dealership just said that things can't be done and they even write comments that the drivers just learn to live with this problem and move onSo just to explain that my SYNC stopped working and it was freezing, it was staying on after I switched the car off, steering wheel controls didn't work and was not connecting to internet and not updated to new versionGuess what, Sinclair Ford fixed it and updated to new versionalso they changed back lights as I mentioned that lights are fogging and having condensationThank you to all staff at Sinclair Ford and to Daniel, he called me and kept me informed about progress and explained everything when I get there to pick up a carGreat work, well done
