I was recommended this shop from another retail store. I approached them at 3pm on a Saturday to do multiple works and expressed the urgency to have these pants ready by the next day and they accommodated my request. Excellent customer service

I have had several items altered at looksmart bankstown. Each time I walk in I am greeted Mong and her beautiful smile. Mong is the one who also alter my garments and I have never seen such perfection in anyone’s work. She’s always on time and the garments are always pressed and ready to be worn. I highly recommend looksmart bankstown. Might not be cheap for some but I guarantee to get what you pay for... thank you Mong.

After buying a beautiful cocktail dress online, I needed to get the zip altered on part of the dress before an event. I stopped at Looksmart and the lady understood what I wanted, explained what she could do and when it would be ready.It was a well spent $47.00, the alteration was invisible, the fit of the dress was much better and it was ready the day before the event.I have already recommended and sent people to Bankstown Looksmart for alterations.Thank you very much.
