Been there for a few parties recently. Best country pub in SEQ by a mile. The bottle tree brew is bloody good too. Need a friend to help me eat the meals they’re huge.

Had lunch here yesterday. Atmosphere is great. Food was good for a small-town pub. Only criticism is that you need to change the oil for chips. The chips were not crispy and left an old oil taste in your mouth...

I've been to many pubs in my time and this was the weirdest experience ever. Was told around 11pm that no new patrons can buy at the bar after 8:30pm, so I could only buy take away. Had 3 different explainations by staff when I questioned this, was told due to covid - which is not correct. The group I was with had to send back meals, steak not properly cooked, and again, strange explainations from staff with poor excuses. Stay away, definitely not a good experience, locals only apparently.
