Great service. I was shopping for a kayak and the sales guy pulled down the one I wanted to look at. I got to sit in them to test the seats for comfort and check out the leg room.

I had a very disappointing experience here last week when I went to get my 2L gas bottle filled. I've lived on the road for 4 years and it's very common for me to drop a bottle off for the supplier to fill at their convenience, then pick up later. In this case I was required to remain in the store while the refill process occurred out the back somewhere - It's store policy." I had to comply since I needed the gas for cooking in the motorhome I share.More than 10 mins later I was still waiting so I asked how much longer I would have to wait. "Can't say .... There have been some issues with gas refills today and lots of people have had to wait ... It'll take as long as it takes." The annoying thing is that my friend had previously had the bottle refilled at the same place a couple of months earlier and didn't have to wait.Perhaps management could review its policy."

Insufficient staff, poor customer service. Expensive, poorly stocked. Go elsewhere.

An excellent store. Helpful and professional staff that keep the shelves well stocked. Love the club membership. I'll be spending a lot of time and money there so obviously a happy customer.
