Having dealt with a previous printing establishment through our head office, Snap Wagga gave me the advice to purchase a better quality product from them and at a better price! In dealing with two staff on separate occasions, both were knowledgeable, with clear communication and , best of all, they were patient and nothing was too much trouble - they were determined to make the whole experience pleasurable and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better customer service when choosing my business cards. Elle sat down and went through the whole process with me when we printed a test copy, the colours didn't print as I expected. Elle explained this was due my colours being provided in RGB and the printer colours print in CMYK. I was then shown a CMYK book and picked the colour that matched what I was wanting. The cards came back perfect exactly what I was envisioning. The service was a fast turn around, I would definitely recommend Snap to anyone for their printing needs.
