Our instructors for 'Come and try' were excellent and very friendly. They'll have you shooting apples off heads in no time (safely). Steal from the rich and give it to the Canberra Archery Club.

Not very happy, I brought my 8 year old son today for the trial session 10:15 am. I received two emails from the club, confirming the date but not the timing. I thought the session will be starting 10:30 am but I have been told it was 10:00 am, and we have missed the induction therefore, won't be able to join today. They believe it was my fault as I have to login and check on the web site. All professional organisation send confirmation emails with the date and timing and some even send a reminder message. The club has sent me two emails but no confirmation of timing and held me accountable that it is my fault. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly and welcoming, a fun time to be had, unfortunately coaches didn't realise that I was holding a right handed bow with my left hand, and aiming incorrectly despite coming over to watch my group. I would still go back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to have a go at archery.

So much fun!!! Definitely do the come and try. In the Lyneham sporting block, there's so much activity happening around it. The coaches are knowledgeable and patient. The equipment is clean and the team help you figure out the right equipment for being either left handed or right and your strength. Do a few of the Come and tries before getting a membership.

My kids came to do the archery school program today for the first time and really enjoyed it. The trainer Joseph was so nice and he really went above and beyond with this kids.
