This is the best brow parlour I have been to. I love the shape of my eyebrows. Thanks to Love for giving my eyebrows such a nice shape. Recently I also did my lash lift from here. Stella was absolutely amazing as well, she did a great job! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good brow parlour.

I never used to get my brows maintained until I came to My Brow Lady. Now I’m a regular!! My brows are always shaped and tinted perfectly. I e also recently had my lashes done too, this was probably the best place I’ve had them done at. I found it non invasive and relatively comfortable, she was very gentle. The lashes are bold enough to notice them but not so I look like I have butterfly’s on my face.Mev and the team are very professional, friendly and welcoming.

Asked for natural brow colour to go with my light brown hair. Brows dyed PITCH BLACK. She said don't worry, they'll fade.Fully comprehended the disaster when I got home and rang to ask if I could come in to fix them. She said it was my fault, I should have said before the colour set (how???) and maybe I can fade them with essential oils.Never again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mev!!! I've been coming to My Brow Lady for over 8 years now- wouldn't go anywhere else.She is so professional, customer focussed and the BEST brow person I've ever been to, she brought my brows back from the dead. And on top of it all Mex is a really lovely person 10/10

It was my first time visiting My Brow Lady and it's been unlike any brow experience I've been to. You're seated on a chair instead of lying on a bed. To start the session, Mev gives you a little brow lesson. Explaining the perfect shape for your face, how far we are off that, and how we can achieve it. She mixes up custom colours for exactly what you want, and does it super quickly. Wax is quick and easy, and threading is offered if you've got more sensitive skin. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to My Brow Lady for a couple of years now and always walk out happy. Mev is so warm, down-to-earth and accomodating. It says something that I didn’t change my appointment when I found out my dad would be having lengthy heart surgery on the same day! Having Mev tidy up my brows and chat with me made the anxious wait more bearable! I highly recommend seeing her and am always impressed with the beautiful brows on the other women who come to see her.

Being a local, we do love to support local businesses and my partner is a big fan of my brow lady.

0/10 would not recommend this place. I paid $50 for an eyebrow and lip wax and ended up injured with skin ripped from my eye area. Went to Mev to let her know and she said it was normal" and I should put paw paw on the area. I don't believe this is an acceptable response.Mev also did not show to two of my past appointments because my booking was "lost" even though I received a confirmation email and text. This resulted in me waiting for 20mins and having to return at a later time. There was a third time that she did not show but that was my fault because the successful cancellation email was sent to my junk folder and I didn't see it so I went to the appointment anyway to be respectful of Mev's time.I have been a regular customer only because I live down the road and it is a convenient location to me

Mev is absolutely amazing and she has taken care of my brows for almost 4 years. I wouldn’t trust my brows with anyone else! I get lash lifts and tints with Stella and she is incredible. Highly recommend these ladies!!
