The store owner must retrain or replace the staff. They look incredibly unfriendly and don't clean up..Even though we're the first guests, there's still crumbs on the chairs and tables..I cleaned up and sat down.Employees have tainted the brand name..Especially in the morning, two cafe staff were terrible.

Absolutely disgraceful service!! Dirty fork, to start with. Tried to get one of the girls attention, way too busy yapping away. I got up and went to the front asked Yvonne for another fork & was told I’ll get you one in a minute with only 5 people seated. Yvonne brings over our coffees one in a takeaway cup and one in a normal cup and walks away, when I abruptly asked if I could have another fork, second one, dirty again!! If I wanted a takeaway cup I would have asked for one. Hate to see if we weren’t under Covid restrictions and had normal patronage. Scored them 1 star for the doughnut. Would I come back.....never!!

Been there a couple of times and both times, they only gave me half my order. Both times I ordered coffee and cake and they forgot the cake. This second time the girl that served was very blasé about it when eventually going to the counter and asking where my food was. She never even apologized for the inconvenience. I won't go there again but give 2 stars for the really good coffee that was served quickly.

Nice place if you want to get cooler on a hot summer day outside. This is inside the Westfield Shopping Centre so centralised cooling. Coffee was good. Comfy seats too. This is near Coles and Roll'd so very convenient if you want to get lunch or groceries afterwards.

Ordered this cake in-store with one of the lovely staff members. I came in unsure what I was looking for and the girl helped me out straight away and helped me pick the perfect cake for my little nephew. He was so happy and the cake was delicious! Will be ordering all my future cakes from this store. Amazing work. Thank you!!

Popped in today for a coffee and was given a free apple muffin really put a smile on my face. The Manager is friendly and makes Great flat whites the best in town . Cant thank you enough will be popping in more often .

The new management has really spruced this place up! The coffee is now really nice and the place is so clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the apple slices are as good as I remember!!!

always order coffee here but today different staff make completely wrong order for me. I wonder because they think I’m asian so they so rude and I did pay extra for that almond milk turn out it is normal milk. Never come back again
