We were totally blown away by there fantastic service to us in purchasing our new car.. Nothing was a problem to them , we would recommend them to anyone in Tasmania wanting to purchase a Volkswagen to go to Gowans at Burnie..

buyer beware, purchased brand new vw t-roc few months ago first time wipers were used they were little noisy i thought wait until first service. wipers became useless ,vehicle garaged since purchased when not in use,did 8k thought can,t wait for service warranty will cover wipers ETC, take vehicle in told on pick up have to pay for parts and labour.wasn,t happy !! when purchased paid cash (didn,t squeeze on price) “ no trade in “ this gives them plenty of room on mark up.cut story short buyer beware buy car that has been on their parking lot blades get hard from weather and they refuse to fix problems.they used excuse i must be washing using to much detergent thats why rubber blades gone hard .“ i hit the roof “ stated look how dirty car is“ hasn,t been washed since purchased .” they laughed …never been washed since purchased . we keep vw out of weather keep paint etc good. it,s wifes vehicle she is very ill so thats why low K.s no wash ETC I drive it occassionally when i am not using BT 50.i would shop elswhere if ever asked where to buy from good Dealership ,warranty is limited and so is my patience for their ignorance.would not recommend this Dealership

Probably the worst place to go in AUSTRALIA. One of my headlight’s globe was not working and they charged me450$ for diagnosing it in 2 months (2 rounds)And still haven’t fixed my car.Anyone want to waste his money then visit this place
