Favourite florist in the CBD, hands down. Can order an arrangement on the phone and get it made within an hr, and collect in store/ from the bottleo next door till they close if you’re after hours. They followed very specific instructions to the tee, and were able to accomodate my budget. Owners were friendly at pickup too. Cannot recommend enough - am going to get all my flowers from here from now on.

I sent my mother flowers for Mother’s Day from Queen St Flower Company. The delivery was excellent and my mother described them as the freshest, most beautiful flowers she has seen!Cannot get better than that.

As a first time customer ordering, delivery and quality of of flowers were all perfect. Even a late request (by me) of change in delivery timing was not an issue and acted on without fuss. Thank you so much, the flowers still look wonderful a week later.

For our large sit down event at a venue, Queen st Flowers supplied beautiful flowers and fantastic attention to detail. Service was excellent! Friend from overseas needs to send last minute birthday flower to one of our friend here in Melbourne and I recommend this flower shop where she can order online and I’ll pick it up for her and bring it to our friend’s birthday dinner. Everything went so smooth the lady in the shop is happy to do a last minute flower pick up arrangement half an hour before they close. We’re really happy with this experience! Thank you so much.

While I did not get to shop here yesterday (Google said the store was open but it was actually closed), I called this store's number and the staff member who spoke with me kindly referred me to other florists that were open during the holiday season! Grateful for the referral.

Beware!!!!! Extremely disappointed with Queen St Flower Co. I tried placing an on line order on the 23rd of April for delivery on Mother’s Day. Once I hit submit the screen refreshed with ’we will be in touch’. No payment had come out. So I rang the company Monday 24th April and it was explained that the company is not open weekends however they were using an external courier to deliver. The delivery charge was extreme and after being assured that my order had not gone through or received, I told them I would just not go ahead with placing an order.But to my surprise a delivery arrived yesterday on Mother’s Day! And payment for the initial order I had tried to place on the 23rd April had been processed, even though I had been assured no order had been placed.I rang the company this morning and apparently nothing can be done as the order system the company uses is too old.I have yet to receive any confirmation via email that my order was received.Extremely disappointed with the service of this company and will not be using it again.I would not recommend this business.I would not even give this company 1 star!!!!!

Ordered this box over the phone for someone in hotel quarantine. Daveen was so warm and helpful. My brief was: something nice and bright, springish. She did such a great job with the arrangement. Thank you! !!! I can certainly feel the heart and thoughts behind.
