I recommend you do not engage this company ever.They have cost me business deals, money, product and have blatantly ignored me and my concerns.I have had nothing but issues and lies from them.My first dealings with them back in July 2020 were great, they nailed the brief and produced exactly what I was after.Second time around when I ran out of stock (jan this year) I was notified that my account manager no longer worked there so I was to deal with someone else.In summary the following happened:• long wait for quotes• constantly had to chase them up for updates (I always paid in full before anything was sent to print)• promised print dates that were never achieved with no reasons as to why causing severe disruption to my business• when asked to have the graphic design team assist I was told to do it myself and they would just resize it (the most they did was add a barcode to my labels which I actually then had to add in myself!!!)• couldn’t achieve the briefs (after wasting my supplied product) and given a basic awful solution or they got it completely wrong• when same reorder was placed I was provided with a different size (not what was quoted too) and then expected to pay and had to jump up and down to not pay for it• the delays and incorrect printing cost me thousands in sales as I launched nationally and the loss of customers.I decided to give them another go (beyond me why I did), sent them two BASIC things to print (which office works ended up printing for me) as well as more labels which they had printed not even 5 months ago, I was told they couldn’t print them with 48 hours notice (the flyers not the labels) I said fine and I asked for a quote for everything, was promised it the next day, nothing, followed up with a get it to you this afternoon, nothing received which was 9 days ago when I requested the quote.I rang the company asking to speak to a manager and was told that they would email them and get them so call me, I asked when I could expect a phone call and I was met with ‘no idea’ (by the way 24 hours later I still have not received a phone call!!!)I rang and spoke to my so called account manager and told them how upset I am and that they have cost me vital business and all I received was an email to say sorry I didn’t get the quote to you.I am so disgusted in their lack of care and understanding and that I had to literally stand in their office on multiple occasions to tell them how terrible the business is and the products they provided and no one to give a single thought or care to a small business owner. Absolutely disgraceful and shameful. Without a doubt the WORST customer service and business I have ever dealt with.

Tens of thousands of flyers were printed but not distributed. This is after the sales guy promised we are dominos and can guarantee 100% will go into letterboxes"Both times we have used this service the distribution went out a week later than promised

Kahn and his boyfriend Rob are just the cutest. It’s just such a shame they messed up my job because we could have made magic together. They’re the ones who told me the best lubes to import and which toys work best. They were so right. I sold out in hours but just the flyers they printed for me went missing. Like, guys! Come on, I get it! You wanted them for yourselves but guys, you gotta share the love!! Anyways, guys! Don’t forget to invite Mr Pool to your weddings you two love birds! Xxoo
