Order 2 times from there even paid extra for some extra toppings was disappointing hardly sprinkled toppings & very dry Pizzas. Service people are so bland No thank you or greeting. Will not go there again

Ordered online, the online ordering system glitches and charged me double. Store told me they will provide a refund. Keep trying to call the store but they won't answer. Spoken with head office multiple times and they aren't able yo contact the store either. Very poor customer service yet again. Unfortunately these stores are operated by franchisees that have no idea how to run a business.Another visit the Staff members unable to offer pizza deals while in-store. Tried to use online app to get discount from $56 to $33 but app wouldn't work correctly. Staff member said there is no way they could help us so we left to another pizza place. Always bad service at this store either online or instore

Never order there fries because they are not fried strangely but oven baked. I could taste the raw potatoes. Complained about it but the staff seams unfraised by your comments. Overall not a good experience.

Beware vegetarians! we ordered a vegetarian pizza at the Marsden park Pizza Hut. The staff placed meat on our pizza realised the mistake and proceeded to pick the meat off one by one instead of preparing a new pizza. This is pure sloppy and disgusting behaviour of Pizza Hut. Some people due to religious or ethical reasons cannot eat a pizza prepared this way with meat thrown on top and then picked out when it’s already touched the vegetables. For all I know there could still be pieces of meat left on the pizza. We’re glad we saw them doing this and will no longer return back.

!!!MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!As I write this review, I am currently I am still trying to find our pizza order - worth almost $60.I ordered pizza to be delivered and followed the tracker but when it got to tracking the delivery of the order, the tracker wasn't working. When I tried to call the store they could not put me through because they are 'busy' before ending the call, telling me someone will call me. I have been calling back every time for the last 20mins and I still cannot get through to them.Over the phone the automated system says it was delivered at 1:36pm - it is now 2:01pm and we still have not received it OR the phone call their website says we would receive upon delivery.This is the worst display of customer service I have experienced with a delivery service from a fast food chain.- You are not allowing a direct line to the store to ask questions re: orders ALREADY PAID FOR.- You ask for instructions for delivery" which I clearly stated to call prior to delivery
