Exceptional customer service from Simon...the franchise should be proud to have you on their team.Its not very often these days that you get non-obligatory, honest, good old fashioned customer service. Id contacted Simon via phone, with an abundance of questions as we'd had some smell coming out from our ducts of our AC. Simon gave great advice and options and was so very helpful without giving the hard sell or with any expectations at all.I will be definitely be reaching out to Simon for A/C cleaning (or two) soon. Blown away with how thorough Simon was when servicing and cleaning our split system AC's. I was having really bad allergies from using the AC at night time over the past few weeks (had to stop using it altogether) from potential mould or something else in the system (even though the system had been serviced by another company only a few months ago!). Simon pulled the split system apart and deep cleaned all areas of the split system. The split system feels like brand new and have been using with no issues from allergies anymore. Thank you!

Simon was an absolute professional! Very knowledgeable and did a great job! We booked him in to clean out our aircon unit which started giving off a mouldy/damp smell. As Simon was cleaning our aircon unit he was showing me the spots where mould build up was and explained the reason why it was occurring, including the fact it was a common problem with my aircon model and also pointed out a few issues we'd have due to the way our aircon was installed with its pan drainage. Highly recommend Simon and his services. You can tell he has great integrity and honesty which is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be booking Simon in again when needed!

Simon did a great job in cleaning our ducted air-conditioning system. He was on time, was very respectful to our requirement to do the job with minimum noice. He also provided us with some practical tips on AC maintenance.

Would definitely recommend and use Simon again! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He cleaned 2 x split a/c thoroughly and now its working way better than before with cleaner air.He left the working area spotless clean afterwards. Simon was great. Did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning my two air conditioners. He was easy to contact, turned up exactly when he said he would. Spent a good amount of time making sure that my A/C's were cleaned thoroughly and extensively. Totally worth the extremely reasonable price I paid for the job that he did, and the amount of time that he had spent. Couldn't have asked for better service. My AC unit used to give bad smell as soon as I turn it on. Simon not only did the professional cleaning of the unit but also fixed the clogged AC drain pipe. As a result of this both the smell and the rough noise that unit was producing before got fixed now. He even put some deodorizer too. I am extremely happy with his service.
