god awful place, i could see the paint peeling off and the floorboards were breaking open. food was atrocious as it wasn’t cooked through!

Lack of communcation, put someone else in that spot i was trying to organise for. Been trying to send messages n id get 1 then id have to wait the next day to get my next message then no communication for the next 3 weeks then to get told oh sorry SOMEHOW someone else got that time. Not happy jan!!!

Jessica’s Place is so dirty we could only stay one of two nights booked. We woke up quite ill and wondered why until we found 10 years of dust, mouldy ceilings and cupboards, leaking taps and pipes, rusted out guttering and mouldy eaves all around the house. The carpets were badly stained and the pergola has rotten timbers. In the kitchen there was used and stained sponges and gloves to wash dishes and the cupboard they were in was so damp and mouldy the little steelo pad was just a ball of rust. Over the hot plates there was an old exhaust fan dripping oil and caked in fat and dust except where bits were broken off. After notifying the owners, there was no offer of a refund or even acknowledgement of our concerns.

There were rats salsa dancing on the table, would not recommend as there was also grubby tiles, ceilings and floors. Rats infested the place and would freak around the house at night.

Mold was EVERYWHERE!!! I do not recommend coming here. They called my 86 year old grandmother a the n-word with a hard r. I am DISGUSTED.

The place was in a great location, & provisions were generous, however the place was grubby. Lounge, carpets & especially bathrooms could do with good clean.

Very run down. Mouldy bathrooms, torn curtains, decomposing spa on the back patio. Pergola falling down, some lights don’t work…. I can go on.. don’t book this place. It needs about 100k spent on it or demolition.

Very good place, plenty of room and lots of food and snacks for the guests. Highly recommend

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Perfectly fine. Wine on arrival. Spa not in use fyi. First impressions: good. everything was super clean. There was mould, however.

never going back, horrible service found 4 bugs on the carpet & 3 on the walls & roof during my time there
