Had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated after having to deal with the stress of a breakdown/tow situation. They went out of their way to explain to a layman like me what went wrong with my car, offered a really good price for the repair, and had the alternator replacement done within only a couple of hours. I’ll definitely come back in the future if something goes wrong with my car again. Thanks to everyone!

Tony was extremely professional. I was on a time crunch and he fit my car in within the time available. Puncture unable to be fixed so he sorted me with a quote and new tyre within seconds. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks legends!

Where do we begin... paid for a engine repair. Detailed the issues with the vehicle. Had to pay $1360 for the repair of a hose which was deep in the car. Then the very next day the engine had the same issue and advised us to pull the car over again. Called up. Drove the car back to MyCar for the second time only to be told it was another $1000 repair. Waited over 40 minutes as the car wasn't on site at the end of the day (COB). Will not be paying for another repair and will not be using MyCar again. Unfortunely the cost was much more than expected for a 2015 model car.
